Welcome to BIG Beach House Tranquility, a rare absolute beachfront home located on the peaceful sands of Kewarra Beach. Designed specifically for large families and multi-family groups, this spacious residence offers the perfect balance of shared living and private retreat spaces, all in a calm residential setting with uninterrupted ocean views.

The home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels, allowing easy movement between indoor comfort and outdoor living. Large living areas open onto shaded balconies and terraces overlooking the pool, gardens, and beach. The brand new upstairs kitchen opens onto two balconies with stunning views and connects seamlessly to the main dining area, making group meals and long gatherings easy and enjoyable. A ground floor laundry and kitchenette are designed specifically for snacks and drinks around the pool, supporting relaxed outdoor days without needing to return upstairs.
Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements • Upstairs Master Suite: Private wing with king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite with a luxurious double shower, and a private beachfront balcony. • Upstairs Twin Room: Two king single beds, suitable for adults, teenagers, or children. • Downstairs King Suites: Three separate bedrooms, each with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. • Downstairs Flexible Twin Room: Two single beds that can be converted into a king on request, with its own ensuite. • Quad Bunk Room: Spacious room with two bunk beds sleeping four guests. Upper bunks are suitable for children only. This room is located next to a large central bathroom with a deep bath.
All balconies enjoy views over the beach, while ground-floor bedrooms offer privacy and garden outlooks. All but two bedrooms have ensuites.
Media Room The home includes a dedicated media room, ideal for family movie nights or quiet downtime. This space is air-conditioned and separate from the main living areas, making it perfect for children or teenagers to unwind while others enjoy the communal zones.
Outdoor Living and Pool The heated pool sits at the heart of the property and is the largest private pool in the area. It is not overly deep, making it suitable for all ages. Landscaped gardens surround the pool and outdoor spaces, creating a private and peaceful atmosphere ideal for long days by the water.
Ceiling fans are installed throughout the home, including outdoor patios and balconies, with air conditioning in every bedroom and the media room to ensure year-round comfort.
BIG Beach House Tranquility is ideal for family holidays and extended stays where space, location, and comfort truly matter. Please note this is a very quiet residential area and strictly suitable for family vacations only. It is not a party house. Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock. Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Parking is permitted in designated areas only. Parking on the lawn or garden areas is strictly not allowed.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
Here is our pet policy: All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property. Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted. One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs. No hunting dogs. Dogs are permitted in the garden and designated dog area only. Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave. Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property. Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival. Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires. No dogs on the furniture or bedrooms. No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew. A $500 pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning.
