Located directly on Kewarra Beach, this award wining designer property offers you a relaxing home away from home. You will have exclusive use of a single storey pavilion consisting of 2 extra large bedrooms, both with full ensuite and direct access to the beautiful Kewarra Beach. Relax in the Solar heated Magna pool infused with magnesium...which helps with relieving stress, anxiety, aches and pains...making this an ultimate relaxing holiday home! I occasionally live on the property in the 2 storey Pavilion, totally separated from where my guests will be staying. The home is nestled in a neighbourhood of prestigious properties with an absolute beachfront location. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise as you stroll along Kewarra Beach… with the stunning view of Double Island and Taylor’s Point. Dolphins are often sighted, swimming just metres away from the beach. During the dry season you can enjoy cocktails and tapas at the Beach Shack on Friday and Sunday evenings...on the beach! It is only a short 5 minute stroll through the Kewarra Beach Resort. We are also close to many world class attractions offered in the Far North QLD Region: - You walk out through the garden gate straight onto the stunning Kewarra Beach. - Restaurants and coffee shops of the well known Palm Cove are only a 10 min drive away. - Hartley's Crocodile Adventures 23 min scenic drive - 23 min drive to the Cairns international airport. - Casual and fine dining in the vibrant city of Cairns and its famous Esplanade, Lagoon and Pier Shopping area just 25 min drive away. - Mossman Gorge and famous Port Douglas: an enjoyable 47 min drive away along the stunning Great Barrier Reef Drive. - The Great Barrier Reef: one of the true wonders of the world. Trips offered from Cairns City and Port Douglas marinas. - Scenic railway to the village of Kuranda. - Return journey on the world acclaimed "Skyrail". - The Rainforest: just a day trip to Cape Tribulation. - The Atherton Tableland: Cairns hinterland providing beautiful scenery, Australian grown fresh produce and much more. - Local Supermarket, café, pharmacy, medical centre 3 min drive away. There’s a bus service Route 111 that runs from the Northern Beaches to Cairns City and Smithfield Shopping Centre. You can flag the bus to stop at the front of the property. Same when you are returning back.

Lovely Home by the Sea
Gary was super efficient & helpful & really took great care of us. Nothing was too much trouble & halfway through our holiday he supplied us with fresh linen & towels which we greatly appreciated. When you arrive at a location for the first time you need a friendly contact & Gary was that calm & reassuring person that we all warmed to. Thank you Gary for all your assistance. Regarding the accommodation, the house was very comfortable & the location was perfect, but where was the kitchen? The kitchen is the heart of the house, but here we only had the use of an outside bbq area. Yes, we had to go outside the house, through the courtyard into this area which was a poor excuse for a kitchen. There was NO Dishwasher & NO Oven. The was a hotchpotch of cutlery & glassware. There is no respect whatsoever shown to us, who pay high rentals, to be given this type of accommodation. There were several cupboards & rooms locked up for the owners use & so was the kitchen all behind closed doors. We were very disappointed with this arrangement as if we needed a hot drink in the night, we had to go outside to get it. In conclusion, I plead with the owner to please install a suitable kitchen to her lovely home by the sea.

Excellent house, great location
We had the best vacation staying at the VRBO. The house met every need we had: a comfortable bed, privacy and right on the beach. We got up every morning and walked along the beach. Then we came back and enjoyed our coffee sitting by the pool. We could not have found a better place to stay. The owner was welcoming and provided excellent service. He quickly answered our questions and responded to our needs. Without a doubt one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at.

Just beautiful
The property was wonderfully clean and spacious. The outdoor kitchen was very nice overlooking the pool. Loved the tranquillity of the garden and also being so close to the beach. Absolute beach front it is! Thank you to the hosts for allowing us to enjoy such a lovely place 😊

We were welcomed by the lovely Jessie to this absolutely gorgeous property-Our family had a lovely stay and visited many attractions that were only a short drive away from Kewarra Beach, Jessie was only too helpful if we needed anything and even offered us some fishing gear to use on our stay-Thankyou Jessie for welcoming us and sharing your gorgeous home

Oh my goodness. What a great place to stay. We were right on the beach. The place is beautiful. Property owner maid us feel right at home. 100% would have stayed there the rest of our trip! I will someday make it back to this wonderful place!

Great place for a quick visit
Gary's property worked out great for us. We finished 2 weeks of camping only for the rain to start when we hit Cairns. But no worries, because our kids were content to play in the pool and watch the fish in the ponds. We were looking for a relaxing few days and we found that in Gary's house. Plenty of space for us and a great courtyard. It was also conveniently located right at the beach, and nearby other beaches, shopping centers, towns and sights. The only thing we noticed is that some of the kitchen drawers smelled a bit musty, so we did a little extra cleaning of bowls and glasses before using them, but I think that just comes with life in the tropics. We had a great stay despite the rain.

Excellent location with direct access on a beautiful quiet beach. Beautiful home with nice shaded pool. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor eating area. Well worth it!
