"My friend and I stayed here for a week while exploring the area. We loved the atmosphere and unique layout, with the river in the back and the lovely patio area separated from the kitchen by a cool garage door. "View from inside the cabin was amazing. We had a few hiccups, we were unaware there was absolutely no cell service at the cabin so we couldn’t get into the cabin. However the owner has a ring camera and we were able to get right in. So just be more prepared than us and have the check in process screen shot. Once in and on their Wi-Fi you’ll be good to go! They gave great recommendations for things to do and were quick to answer any questions."

"Cool old house in Dolores. The hosts were very friendly and easy to get ahold of. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were quite comfortable. The house didn't have air conditioning but was very comfortable. Cool town with a great brewery down the street that served up good beer and a variety of foods depending on the day. They make a great pizza there. Lots of locals and live music."

"Property is a nice size, walking distance from anything you need. Food market, liquor store, steak house andbother restaurants and the river is beautiful. Had a small snag with the water heater but the property manager wasbon top of it and had it fixed as fast as she could. Stayed for 3 weeks, wish we could have stayed longer!City of cortez is only a few minutes drive for anything else that you could need including reasonable priced flights to Denver and Colorado Springs."

"We wanted to have a great getaway weekend in the mountains where we played and worked growing up. We were able to four wheel and fish in our old stomping grounds. The cabin was wonderful and the onsite manager was more than helpful. We enjoyed good food, good company and fantastic surroundings. The fire pit was especially nice and the grill and kitchen were wonderfully stocked. We couldn't ask for better!"

"This is a great get away from the normal stay. The cabin was rustic as mentioned. Like going to your lake side hunting cabin. The owners were great to interact with and knowledgeable about the area . The booking went great and instructions were laid out awesome .this is a great place to beat the crowds of Moad and the busy Parks . Can do all the local parks in a days drive . Arches and Canyon lands north and south. Great stay, good heater to stay warm and good shower . Will return again "
