We are in one of the four historic districts of the center of Cagliari, Stampace.
The apartment is located in the Corso, where you just need to close the entrance door to find yourself in the center floor a few steps from everything you want to visit in Cagliari.
Located within walking distance of all the main tourist and leisure points of the city, such as Bastione St. Remy, the Cathedral and the various churches in the historic center, Piazza Yenne, transport stations, the Botanical Garden and the Marina district.

Internally composed of: bright dining room, equipped with two mirrored kitchen furniture, and in the center a table for eight, where you can enjoy an excellent DIY breakfast!
Continuing on the same floor we find: two spacious double bedrooms both with balcony one of which with double overlooking the Corso, 3 single bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Through a spiral staircase in the kitchen, you go up to the upper floor where we find a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a suite with a queen size bed embellished by a large panoramic terrace where you can enjoy moments of relaxation with the beautiful view of the Castello district.

On request we offer a transfer service with Mercedes cars and private driver to and from Elmas Airport at a competitive price, the fastest and most comfortable method to reach our accommodation in the center of Cagliari.

In case of need, I (Fabrizio) and Gianluca, we are always available. Check-out can be done at any time as the apartment has a snap-lock door.
Guests can use the open plan kitchen and the panoramic terrace. The entrance to the house is independent, directly on the street.
If the reservation is aimed at 2, 3 people, only the upper floor (with two bedrooms and a bathroom) will be made available to guests.
If it is booked for 4, 5 people or more, the entire lower floor will be made available to guests (3 single bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms).
Instead, if it is booked for 7 or more people, the entire apartment with its 7 bedrooms will be made available.
