"La casa è veramente molto bella e super accessoriata, la posizione è così vicina al bosco Santo del Santuario del Beato Sante, che in realtà questo luogo dà una grande pace e quindi le vacanze in assoluto relax sono assicurate. La Sig.ra Katia ha esaudito sempre e subito le poche neccessità che abbiamo avuto. Molte grazie ancora!"

"Esperienza positiva, è un monolocale soppalcato ampio con un arredamento corretto. Vi abbiamo soltanto dormito quindi non possiamo riferire su cucina e parti comuni."

"Desy hat alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Jeden Tag gab es von ihr zubereitetes Frühstück. Das Haus ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Séjour plus que parfait ! Propriétaires charmants et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans ce joli petit coin de paradis !"

"Rigtig dejligt hus med skøn udsigt over Umbertide. Vi var rigtig glade for den dejlige swimming pool, samt at der var insektnet for vinduerne i alle rum. Rustikt indrettet men pænt vedligeholdt. Kommunikationen med Laura og Daniela var fortrinlig. Vi kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang ;-)"

"We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...

"Es war wunderschön, das Haus hat einen großen Pool und ist sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist neu und sehr komfortabel, besonders durch die 2 Backöfen und den Getränkekühlschrank. Die Landschaft ist hügelig aber wunderschön! Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit!Für Ausflüge zu umliegenden Ortschaften und ländlicher Gastronomie ist es gut gelegen, zum tollen Sandstrand nach Torrette ist es leider etwas weit."
