This detached, restyled villa is located at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad, a mere 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. This two-floor luxurious villa is fully and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you will find, in addition to the living room with a TV with streaming function and a Playstation 4, an open kitchen and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. The first floor has four double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. Two of the bedrooms offer enough space to place a cot. There are also three bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub and one with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. Through the patio doors, you reach the enclosed garden on the water with a covered terrace with a heater and garden furniture. There are also four sun loungers. At the water, you will find a private jetty with a rowing boat; fun for young and old! There is parking for three cars at the villa.
