Magnificent and bright 140 m2 apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located in a completely renovated building, in which the classic architecture of Cadiz has been respected, with high ceilings, exposed beams and classic stone.

Entering the apartment, we find a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The living room has a double sofa-bed of 1.40 m, 2 armchairs, a Smart TV, and a coffee table. This room has high ceilings with wooden beams and a balcony, which gives it great light.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, and has a wooden table with capacity for 8 people.

Around the living room and the kitchen are the 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms that has the apartment, distributed in two corridors.

At the end of the first corridor we find the first bedroom, very spacious, with a 1.80 x 2 m double bed and a balcony that overlooks Obispo Cerero Street, with views of San Antonio Square. This bedroom has a study table and built-in wardrobe.

In the same corridor, we find the second bedroom, also with a balcony overlooking Obispo Cerero Street, 2 single beds of 0.90 x 2 m and a wooden coat rack. Right next to this bedroom we find the first full bathroom with a shower.

Crossing the living room we find the second corridor, where the other two bedrooms are, the first with a 1.80 x 2 m double bed, balcony, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

At the end of this corridor we find the last bedroom, equipped with 2 single beds of 0.90 X 2 m, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a window that overlooks an interior courtyard of the building.

The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, just a few meters from the San Antonio Square. Just a few steps away from the apartment are the main tourist attractions of the city, as well as shops, supermarkets, markets and restaurants serving the best fish in the area, and of course an endless number of small local bars where you can enjoy the best tapas and the best gastronomy of the city.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
