El sitio ideal para visitar Cadiz pues todo esta a un paso. Si no os hacen miedo las escaleras lo pasarƩis muy bien. El piso es perfecto para una pareja y Pedro al llegar nos lo puso todo muy fƔcil. Muchas gracias!

Amazing Roof Top Apartment

If you want an excellent location and a view there is no better apartment, as long as you can manager 4 flights of steps. Pedro is an excellent host who will meet you there and provide any information you may need. A thoughtful extra was drinks and snacks on arrival and toiletries available to use.

Communications with Pedro & Susanne before arrival were helpful, and Pedroā€™s welcome was warm. The property is clean and bright with a comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. The apartment has two decks, both of which have beautiful views. The location is perfect, close to everything you will want to see and do in CĆ”diz. The stairs are not for the faint of heart; a long walk up from the street and another steep staircase in the apartment. This is common in CĆ”diz, we learned, but people should be prepared.

Perfect spot for major attractions

Minutes away from all the major attractions, and easy walking distance to others. Apartment was perfect for our needs, which were to sleep and r and r from non stop sightseeing.

Absolutely loved my stay! The inside was cute and very functional, but the star of the show was definitely the views! Looking down out over the square with the old clock tower and church from my bedroom and from the private terrace were definitely a highlight of my trip to Spain, and the upper terrace has amazing views over the whole city. The owner doesn't speak much English but was super sweet and helpful, between his little bit of English and my tiny bit of Spanish we did ok! Would stay again in a heartbeat

Great host, great property

Great experience from booking to vacating this property on our first visit to Cadiz. Pedro contacted us before our stay to arrange to meet. We were severely delayed during our journey and Pedro was really kind and helpful. The location of the property wad perfect for us, being close to places of interest and restaurants but Cadiz is so compact, we were never too far away from anywhere we wanted to go. Property itself was lovely, old and perfect for 2. All the basics to cook if you want to, but we didn't. The lower terrace is amazing and well-equipped. We had siestas and also sat out later in the evening before bed. The upper terrace has fabulous views of the whole of Cadiz! There are lots of steps to get to yhe apartment and steep staircases inside but we were aware and the terrace/views are well worth the effort. To finish with a big thank-you to Pedro who treated us with warmth and respect. We will return and highly recommend this host and property.

Amazing location and rooftop deck!

Apartment was very clean and well kept. Great location and the big rooftop deck was a private oasis. From the train station it was a 10 min walk. The hosts were attentive and we recommend staying here.

Excellente rĆ©ception Ć  notre arrivĆ©e par Pedro, qui nous a fourni beaucoup d'information utile pour notre sĆ©jour. L'appartement se trouve prĆØs du coeur de l'action durant le carnaval et nous avons trĆØs apprĆ©ciĆ© l'atmosphĆØre gĆ©nĆ©rale du centre historique. La seule faute Ć  relever est que l'annonce indique qu'il y a un ascenseur, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Cela pourrait devenir un obstacle pour certains voyageurs Ć©tant donnĆ© que l'appartement se trouve au 4ĆØme Ć©tage. MalgrĆ© cela, l'appartement demeure un excellent choix pour une visite Ć  CĆ”diz.

Great apartment, great location, lovely host

When we booked to stay here we had no idea that the stay would happen in the last week of Carnaval. It was amazing We were met by the host, Pedro who explained the apartment and, despite us have very little Spanish and he having little English he managed to give some history of the both the apartment and Cadiz. Cadiz itself is beautiful were only there for 2 nights and spent a lot of the time there just walking around and saoaking up the feel of the place. At night we had live entertainment in the Plaza downstairs from the apartment and plenty of other stuff in Plazas around the old city. A totally magical experience and we will definitely be returning if/when we get back to Spain, hopefully for the full Carnaval. Thank you Pedro for the chance to stay here and experience Carnaval!

All contacts with the owners went really smoothly. At the check-in we were met in person by Luisa and she explained everything about the apartment for us which was really nice. The apartment is basic but the terraces are fabulous and the location as well. We had such a great time staying here in Cadiz!

Brilliant stay in the heart of the city, the rooftop terrace makes it. looking down at the goings on in the square below, we even got serenaded by a busker one night. Magic!

A lovely stay

We had a great time in Pedro and Susanaā€™s apartment. The location was perfect for exploring CĆ”diz, with nothing in the older part of town being more than 10 minutes away on foot. And CĆ”diz is certainly a town worth exploring. Just let yourself get lost in the maze of streets and be wonderfully surprised when you come across a little square or some pretty gardens. Pedro met us promptly for check-in and explained everything in the apartment, which was spotlessly clean. We were left lots of nice little treats to eat and drink, which is always welcome after a dayā€™s travel. We would fully recommend this apartment for active people but the climb to the 4th floor, and then one more flight up to the bedroom, may be a little too strenuous for others. But sitting and enjoying a glass of wine on the massive terrace just canā€™t be beat. Thank you so much Pedro and Susana for letting us share it with you.

Fabulous historic apartment!

This was one of our favorite accommodations of our time in Spain! Uniquely historic and architectural apartment with beautiful views and an amazing terrace. Great central location with kind and communicative hosts who gave excellent local recommendations! Very comfortable bed. Lots of stairs, which we found to be an enchanting feature :-) The kitchen was small but well stocked (including some welcome treats) and enough for us to make a full Christmas feast! Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for everything, Pedro & Susana!
