Really good stay
Very good, located in the oldtown of Cádiz the appartement is central for all activities and tapeterias. Even for workout because there is no elevator to the 4th floor.

Great Apartment
This apartment is so centrally located and such a nice flat! I loved staying here even though it was a top floor walk up. Would love to stay again if I need another place in Cadiz!

Great stay. We will be back
Fantastic location very near the market and with a well equipped kitchen. We shopped at the market most days and cooked most meals in the apartment. There are many little extras in the apartment that we really appreciated. The queen size bed was comfortable. The apartment is well located and we walked everywhere in the historical centre. Good communication with the owner and with the person who met us at the apartment.

Cadiz genießen
Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, ein wunderschönes Apartment stilecht und hochwertig eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Dazu in bester zentraler Lage mit Rundumblick auf die Stadt. Eine klasse Grundlage um die schöne Stadt Cadiz und die Umgebung zu genießen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, genau wie beschrieben. Gleich ums Eck ist der Mercado, einfach Klasse. Zentraler und ruhiger kann man nicht wohnen. Sind wirklich gute Fenster. Der vierte Stock ist bestimmt nicht für jeden geeignet, kommt man ganz schön ausser Atem. Aber es ist es wert.

Optimal für städtetripp
Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist genau wie im inserat beschrieben. Sie ist sehr modern mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und durch die nette Dekorationen und den Blumen fühlt man sich sofort super wohl. Die Lage im 4.stock ist kein Nachteil denn wen man die Treppen geschafft hat weiß man nachts die kühle Luft die durch die Zimmer weht sehr zu schätzen. Da sie mitten in der Altstadt liegt ist sie der optimale Ausgangspunkt für spaziergänge durch die Stadt cadiz. Wir haben besonders den Markt in der Nähe genossen und das ein oder andere Restaurant bzw tapas Bar schätzen gelernt. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns für die super nette Betreuung durch Irina, die uns auch einige Tipps für Frühstück und Restaurants gegeben hat und jederzeit bei Fragen sofort geholfen hat.

Great Apartment in Ideal Location
This is one of the best places we have stayed. It's spacious with a large living room, good size kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is modern, very well equipped with a dishwasher and good cooking facilities - hob, oven and microwave. It is situated in the old town within easy walking distance of all places of interest. The apartment is on the 4th floor, no lift and steep stairs, so not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. It was very quiet at night. It's close to the market and there's a good supermarket 5 minutes walk away. You can walk to the train station 20 mins or the catamaran dock 15 mins. Irina met us on arrival and was very helpful, as was Jack - gracias ! Cadiz is a great city with lots of interest, bars, restaurants, shops etc. We spent a week there and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment .

Perfect place to stay
Just returned from our stay in Cadiz. We were met by Irina who was charming and helpful,advising us of all the interesting places to visit and excellent restaurants. A nice touch was the bottle of Cava,2 glasses with a chocolate placed in each waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment was superb, comfortable, and fully equipped in a quiet location. The location of the apartment was ideally situated for sightseeing,La Caleta beach and,all amenities. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Gutes Apt. in der Altstadt
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Apt. und in Cadiz, wenn man die vielen Stufen nachoben gemacht hat wird man mit einem rundum Blick belohnt. Das Apt. ist genau wie beschrieben und man kann wunderbar durchlüften. Der Markt ist ganz in der Nähe und ein Supermarkt gleich daneben. Ein schönes Erlebnis, direkt am Meer in der schönen Altstadt von Cadiz.

Very spacious and comfortable
Light, airy and well appointed accommodation. Right in the centre of the old town so no distance to walk anywhere. We enjoyed several days seeing Cadiz and the surrounding areas.

Great location and facilities
The apartment is very well equipped, even including a little dishwasher. It is also tastefully decorated. The location is fantastic. Everything was explained very well to us and we were given some good suggestions of places to visit. There is a good supply of brochures and leaflets in the apartment. Thank you for the welcome pack.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar, wir freuen uns sehr, dass Ihnen das Haus und Cádiz gefallen hat. Normalerweise ist die Stadt wegen des Meereswindes kühl, aber wenn der Ostwind weht, ist es sehr heiß. Die alten Häuser haben ein natürliches Kühlsystem, das darin besteht, durch Schließen und Öffnen der Fenster Windströmungen zu erzeugen, die den Tageszeiten entsprechen, und es funktioniert sehr gut. Es ist eine sehr alte Cosmormbre in den Einwohnern von Cádiz. Wir haben bereits zwei Stühle für das Dach gekauft. Grüße Muchas gracias por vuestro comentario, estamos muy contentos de que hayais disfrutado de la casa y de Cádiz. Normalmente la ciudad es fresquita por el viento del oceano, pero cuando sopla el viento del Este, es muy caluroso. Las casas antiguas tienen un sistema de refrigeracion natural que consiste en crear corrientes de viento cerrando y abriendo las ventanas según las horas del dia y funciona muy bien. Es una costrumbre muy antigua en los habitantes de Cádiz. Ya hemos comprado dos sillas para la azotea. Saludos

Appartamento comodo e luminoso. Pulito e spazioso. Peccato sia al quarto piano senza ascensore, con gradini più alti degli standard nelle ultime due rampe. Più adatto, per questo motivo, a giovani.

Lovely bright , clean and spacious apartment in the heart of Cadiz.
We were delighted with this apartment. Has everything you need and lots of little extras. We had a great view of Cadiz from the rooftop and outdoor seats and a washing line too. Very comfortable bed and very large living area with more than adequate seating. So relaxing. Irina gave us a lovely welcome and gave us lots of tips on what to do and where to eat. The Phoenician Archaelogical Site is right beside the apartment. We found it fascinating and the guide was very well informed. All the attractions of Cadiz are only a short walk away. We certainly plan to return to this apartment.

Lovely and gracious. True, the stairs are taxing,but the reward is charming views of the city.
What a great place. Cadiz is so walkable, and the apartment is right in the middle of everything. I will be back.

Sehr schöne, saubere und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Irina war sehr freundlich, einfach und informativ. Die gemeinschaftliche Dachterasse ist sehr schön und man kann den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Unmittelbar in der Nähe gibt es den berühmten Fischmarkt, Bäckereien und Supermärkte. Die meisten Supermärkte öffnen aber erst um 9.00 Uhr und sonntags ist geschlossen.. Wir können jedem empfehlen, der nach Cádiz möchte, diese tolle Wohnung zu mieten.

Voortreffelijk. Hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit heerlijke appartement.
Heerlijk ruim appartement centraal gelegen in oude centrum. Mooi ingericht, en praktisch ingedeeld. Over alle details is nagedacht en perfect uitgevoerd. Zeer compleet ingerichte keuken. Echt alle keukenbenodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Appartement is schoon. Eigenaar reageert snel en correct. Informatieverstrekking etc prima en ontvangst door Irina was vriendelijk. Bij volgende vakantie in Cadiz zouden we zeker weer boeken. 1 minpuntje appartement ligt op vierde etage = 8 trappen. Dus niet geschikt als je slecht ter been bent.

tolle Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sie hat eine tolle Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist hell und hat eine Heizung (Anfang Februar sehr von Vorteil).

Tolle Wohnung!
Selten so ein netter Empfang,es wurde an alles gedacht,zur Begrüßung stand Sekt im Kühlschrank, Eine sehr gute moderne Wohnungin einer absoluten zentralen Lage.Wenn die Wohnung nicht im 4.Stockwerk wäre und die letzten 2 Etagen erhöhte Stufen hätte wäre alles super genial. Wir sagen Danke

Vielleicht eines Tages erlaubt uns die Stadtplanung einen Fahrstuhl einzubauen, doch zurzeit sind die Treppen der Nachteil, den man im Kauf nehmen muss, für Ruhe, Helligkeit und eine Dachterasse mitten in der Stadt. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie Ihre Zeit in unserer Wohnung genossen haben und vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihre 5 Sterne Berwertung

Piso estupendo en pleno centro. Accesible a cualquier parte de la ciudad
Hemos pasado unos días fabulosos en Cádiz. El piso está recién reformado, casi a estrenar. Precioso y con buen gusto. Y lo mas importante, muy limpio. No hemos pasado nada de calor a pesar de las temperaturas de estos días. Lo mejor, al lado del mercado central y de varios supermercados para hacer la compra.Hemos aprovechado mucho para comer tranquilamente en casa e ir a la playa sin prisas. Ya sabíamos que era un 4 piso sin ascensor, por poner una pega, los dos últimos pisos tienen los escalones muy altos y se hacen un poco duros al principio, luego te acostumbras. Muchas gracias Jack e Irina por vuestras atenciones.

Maravilloso apartamento en el centro de Cadiz
Estuvimos una semana en el apartamento y la verdad es que si tuviesemos que volver A Cadiz repetiriamos sin dudarlo. Es un apartamento en el centro del casco antiguo, muy bien comunicado y con todo lo necesario para la estancia: plancha, secador, lavadora, etc. El apartamento es espacioso, restaurado con muy buen gusto, y con una terraza comunitaria justo encima con buenas vistas de la ciudad. La verdad es que nos enamoró. Recomendable 100%
