Our 120 m² villa, recently renovated with care, includes:
• Upstairs: a master suite with an Italian-style shower and private toilet,
• On the ground floor: two additional bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a separate toilet,
• A fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and a spacious terrace opening onto a secure private pool (6 x 3 meters).

Outside, you’ll enjoy a 70 m² terrace, featuring a dining area, sun loungers, and a barbecue — perfect for soaking up the beautiful summer days ☀️.

You will be personally welcomed by our concierge service, who will hand over the keys and give you a tour of the house. 🔑

Access is through a secure gate.
