"The apartment was great, close to shops, and food. However when l went out for coffee early in the morning the neighbourhood was very dirty and seemed a little sketchy."

"Great location close to Sandy Park in Exeter. Easy train ride into Exeter. The cottage was clean and we had plenty of linens. Cozy space with everything we needed."

"Chris and team were fantastic to work with. He addressed all of my inquires and made the check in and out process so easy. The apartment is large and spacious. The location is near the cathedral which made walking anywhere easy! The unit had a good size frige and stove and dishwasher!!! All amenities were in the unit too! I would visit again! Thank you! "

"This is a brilliant property for a family get together. We stayed with our 2 adult children, their partners and 4 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped for a large family gathering. The bedrooms are all en-suite will good bathrooms, of a generous size and the beds are very comfortable with crisp white linen and lovely indulgent pillows. The children loved the games room and we enjoyed 2 brilliant family barbecues. The hosts were excellent...

"Lovely peaceful stay, Tony is very welcoming and helpful. The scenery is beautiful and there are great walks. The location was terrific for driving to lots of the towns and villages. "

"Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week"

"Great stay in Mimosa lodge at Moor View. Hosts were very friendly and were able to accommodate our needs. The lodge is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and extremely comfortable.Location is excellent, very central for getting around.Would certainly stay there again."

"Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...

"Unfortunately due to my daughter being unwell we were unable to stay at this property, I have given it a 1 star rating as I had no communication from the owner at all other than to request payment & didn’t even acknowledge that , I did inform her that I wouldn’t be able to stay but still no response! Very poor way to conduct business! Politeness and acknowledgment costs nothing "

"Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again."
