The floors, bathrooms, and kitchen all felt dirty and poorly maintained. "The place only had one window unit and it was very cold. Two space heaters were in the bedrooms but couldn’t keep up. Breakers tripped , the area with the second bathroom and side door was very cold. There was a gap around the outside door letting the cold in. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The living area couches were very uncomfortable you could feel the bars when you sit."
