"Chegamos com uma expectativa e quando vimos nos decepcionamos. A recepcionista só nos deu as chaves e desapareceu. O tampo do vaso de nosso banheiro estava rachada, provocando ferimentos em minha mulher. Não podemos reclamar pois simplesmente ninguém nos atendeu. "You could not stay in a more perfect location for the historical center of Palermo. The owners were super helpful and arranged an early check-in and explained how everything worked.
