This modern inspired apartment is fully equipped with brand new furnitures and appliances such as microwave oven, toasters, kettle, electric stove, gas stove, rice cooker, refrigerator and water heater.
All beds and mattresses are brand new.
Guest access
Guest will have an access to the entire house. Guest can also use the compound facilities including the Basketball Court and Park.

2 guests - master bedroom will be opened only and access to the entire house.
4 guests - master bedroom and 1 more bedroom will be opened only and access to the entire house.
more than 5 guests - all rooms will be opened and access to the entire house.
Other things to note
Guest has to pay cleaning fee (PHP 500) on requests.
Nanny and driver are available upon requests with additional fee.
Booking for more than 15 days and monthly bookings includes complimentary cleaning once per week. I can also arranged your airport pick and drop off (from Clark International Airport & NAIA with additional charges).
