The apartment is located at the entrance to the town of Cabras, in a quiet residential area with little traffic. You can reach the center of Cabras on foot in 15 minutes.
This location makes it an ideal choice if you’re looking for a quiet town, just a few minutes’ drive from the best beaches in the Sinis region and natural and archaeological sites, yet also close to Oristano, the liveliest city in the province of the same name.
Here are a few examples:

- 2 km from the Torre Grande marina, 10 minutes from the Sinis Nature Reserve and the beaches of San Giovanni di Sinis, Is Arutas, Mari Ermi, followed by Putzu Idu, S’archittu, and many others, all within a short distance from the town of Cabras.
- In addition to the pristine seas of our region, the area offers interesting archaeological sites such as Tharros, Santa Cristina, and the Nuraghe Losa, as well as museums.
- Some of the most beautiful surfing spots in all of Italy are also nearby, such as Capo Mannu.
- You can also visit the spa in the town of Fordongianus for an even more relaxing vacation.

Right next to the apartment, about 200 meters away, there is a supermarket where you can stock up on supplies during your stay, freeing up time for leisure and relaxation.
The property is newly built, features a charming wooden roof, and is dedicated to hospitality.
A water tank (reserve tank) has also been installed to ensure a water supply even in the event of service disruptions beyond the property’s control, so you won’t experience any unpleasant inconveniences during your vacation.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a spacious balcony, followed by a small hallway leading to the bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom with a large closet.
From the small hallway, you can access the loft area (approximately 25 square meters), which contains an additional sofa bed.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a 4-burner stove, an electric oven, a television, and an iron with an ironing board.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer.
Private parking is also available free of charge, so you won’t have to waste time and can enjoy a simple, stress-free vacation.
The municipality of Cabras, by resolution C.C.3/2019, has established a tourist tax.
The tax is €2 per person per day from May 1 to October 31 of each year, and €1 per person per day from January 1 to April 30 and from November 1 to December 31.
