In a listed villa in Cabourg, built in the late 19th century in the Belle Époque style, come relax and enjoy all that Normandy has to offer in this villa, which was completely renovated in 2022. This 200-square-meter home in the heart of Cabourg exudes charm and elegance.
In a refined setting, you’ll find all the amenities you need, including 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi), 3 kitchens and living rooms with fireplaces, and a large garden with a barbecue.

Ideally located in the heart of Cabourg, you’ll stay in one of the town’s oldest houses, fully renovated for your comfort and furnished and decorated in the Belle Époque style.
The house is divided into 3 independent apartments that can be combined. This allows you to be together while still enjoying your own privacy.
Each floor of the house is decorated with a different theme: “The Impressionists” on the first floor, “Modern Times” on the first floor, and “Klimt” on the second floor.

This exceptionally bright house is ideally located right in the heart of town, at the foot of the town hall park and Avenue de la Mer, allowing you to enjoy Cabourg’s shops and entertainment, as well as the beach, the casino, and the thalassotherapy center. The market, the tourist office, and Cabourg’s best bakery are all within walking distance.

For a minimum of 8 guests, Clément can create a custom menu starting at €60 per person. Whether it’s a gourmet menu, a garden party in the garden with the large fire pit, Normandy specialties, or international cuisine, Clément—trained at the finest Michelin-starred restaurants and a disciple of Escoffier—will be able to accommodate any request.

The ground-floor apartment, with its homey atmosphere, is perfect for two couples, a family, or a group of 4 to 8 friends (sleeps up to 8 with a sofa bed) who want to enjoy all the charm of Cabourg without needing a car. It also allows the whole group to gather together in the spacious, inviting 40m² living area.
