"The room was very well appointed with so many nice touches. The bathroom was very luxurious too! We had a small maintenance issue and the chap came speedily and sorted it within minutes. We actually arrived quite late but the check in info was all very accurate and we had no problems gaining access to the property."

"The staff were extremely helpful (Lori, T, Tara, Cathy, Alice) all were very nice and attentive. However, there was one staff member who was rude I found out that her name is Chloe. My husband and I were reserved for a 5 night stay. On our 2nd day since arriving, I went to the front desk to ask for more coffee packets and cups. Chloe was rude and told me that she could give me some additional packets of coffee, but to go up the road and buy my own cups. I was shocked. If she did not have any...
