Everything was great about the house except the swimming pool was completely shaded all day long. Most of the year this isn't a problem, but in January we had to go to the beach to get sun.

Our concierge was great, very responsive, overall the house was serviceable for 6, the bed very comfy but a number of issues, mostly to do with the kitchen. Aside from the fridge all appliances need to be replaced. The oven worked on occasion, the range hood and lights non functioning, the faucet in the sink sprayed water everywhere. Finally in the kitchen it is poorly equipped for six people including cutlery, glassware and knives that do not have the tips off that actually can be used. The property manager came and measured but it was the last time he came. Pool never serviced as Palm finds fell in the patio and chairs. My daughter found a condominium in the garden by the pool. The ad should state that while there is a hot tub and small dipping pool there is no sun on the patio. Maud service only came twice and when they did the towels that were washed had to be dried again as they were still damp. While the house was serviceable I feel for what we paid the owners should go and see for themselves.

Easy walk to town!

The villa is spacious and beautiful. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Walking a couple minutes to everything one needs-no hills. Consierge jorgi made everything so easy. We are already planning next years family vacation there.

No hot water

We had limited or no hot water for our entire stay. We reported this to the concierge who sent someone over to take a look. He tried to tell me that the reason we did not have hot water is because it was too cold out. We are in Mexico! he said he would send someone who knew what to do to fix it but no one ever showed up so we had cold showers more or less for the entire stay

Walkable location

A little dated and common area a little small but to be expected. Great location for walking to shops, restaurants, clubs, but would take a taxi to the beach. Great communicator and seamless process. Thank you.

Loved the villa!

Location was great and it truly was easily walkable to the main drag - if you don’t want to walk, easily attainable Uber location near the gate. Was very pleased with the cleanliness and the pictures look exactly like the listing. Would definitely recommend for any group function!

Wedding

We were not far from Villa Marcela where son got married. Glad we had our own villa to be able to rest n enjoy. Just had issue with a leak from under the sink but they took care of it. We really enjoyed our stay there n Luis,our concierge, was very helpful through out our stay as well as Hazel from Cabovillas. Veronica B

Ok but dated house. Endless interruptions in our stay by house staff, some unannounced, all unwelcomed. Chef service was great. Neighborhood beautiful.

The Cabovillas team are great. I highly recommend renting one of the properties they manage. The property itself is in a great location and exceeded our expectations. Our family of 4 had a great time at the casa de tres hermanas.

Great house location in the Pedregal

We really enjoyed this property and the location was close to the marina for us. Property management and our concierge were attentive to any needs, and then some. Would recommend!

Nice, awsome location.

Great location to walk to marina, restaurants, shopping and beach. Beautiful hillside villa. Our 24/7 concierge "Pedro" was so helpful and responsive to coordinate activities,etc - the best! However- villa could definitely use some updating of furniture and overall decor.

Nice house, nicer concierge.

The house was comfortable and clean. Although the listing says it accommodates 8 we think it would be hard for that many to be comfortable in the main living area. For the 4 of us it was great though. It is also within walking distance of the marina and lots of restaurants and activities which was very convenient. This was our first time traveling to Mexico and Marianna, the concierge, was very helpful and patient with us. Our only real complaint was that the washer and dryer that were listed as part of the amenities were missing, apparently being repaired. We had packed light, expecting to do laundry while we were there. When we brought this up to Marianna she arranged to have our laundry done for us.

Don't want to leave!

This was a great place to stay for our family. The house had nice amenities (especially the hot tub/pool and outdoor grill) and plenty of space. We loved the pretty, quiet neighborhood and the convenient location, walkable to everything. The staff when we booked were extremely helpful in arranging activities and the villa property manager was quick to respond when we needed assistance. Overall, a fantastic find!

Good for a short stay with a vehicle

The villa is conveniently located close to the marina. However, it is quite a drive to get in from the main gate. It would be only convenient if you had a rental, which we did. Overall, the Villa was ok. The bedsheets were very old and the utilities were limited. The electronics and entertainment equipment could use some upgrading. The hot tub took a long time to filter, which means it could not heated during the filtration process which rendered it useless for at least 4 to 5 hours a day. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful family vacation

The Villa de Tres Hermanas is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. It was very easy to walk to restaurants and the marina for excursions. The house is big with a lot of space to spread out. The welcome chips/salsa and margaritas was a nice touch. I'd recommend to follow the advice of having groceries delivered. We found a couple of quick markets nearby, but no grocery stores to buy for a dinner at the villa. We were disappointed we hadn't planned ahead so we could enjoy the nice grill by the pool/hot tub. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

Great home for a getaway

The Best!

This space was amazing! Luis was such a good concierge! He even accommodated me after getting into an accident. The pictures don’t do the place justice it is so beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Cabo Birthday trip

This is a beautiful home, very spacious, nice pool and jacuzzi! Wonderful neighborhood 24hr security. Everyone really accommodates your every need. Walking distance to downtown clubs and restaurants, convenient stores. Highly suggest

Great Location

Our stay at Tres Hermanas was great! We arrived in Cabo and had a shuttle (included in the villa) that was waiting at the airport for us. Our concierge Luis Alcantar greeted us when we arrived with margaritas and showed us the home. Luis also went over activities and helped arrange things for us. The home was perfect for our group and walking distance from most everything. I highly recommend Tres Hermanas!

Great up front sales people, once we got to the property A/C in two of the rooms didn't work well

Once we got to the property Main bedroom down stairs A/C failed fist night about 10 pm, reported and the concierge (Giovanni) came in about midnight to reset the brakes, A/C operated till 2 pm and failed again, reported again 9 am next morning technician came in (we were out of the house) when we arrived the A/C in the room didn't worked, this time nobody came Giovanni provide instructions to reset the braker, A/C worked couple of hours and failed again. Long story short that was the same for day 3,4 & 5. Giovanni without a doubt was the only one showing concern for the situation, other than him nobody else. Very dissappointed of the service understanding that things happen, but when they do you expect better service. Joaquin Camacho
