There is a master suite and guest suite each with a king size bed, five-piece bathrooms, jacuzzi tubs, his/her sinks, and sliding doors to the patio. One of the master bedrooms also has a sofa bed. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom. All bathrooms have marble floors and granite counters. All of the bedrooms have a TV and there are Rokus available for smart TV apps.
The kitchen has an upgraded custom granite counter top bar along with all the appliances needed for home cooking - stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender and full size pantry. There is also a washer and dryer located off the kitchen for laundry. **The water is filtered and drinkable at La Estancia
The family room has a sofa bed along with two leather chairs and a TV. The dining table is large and seats six people. There is also a bathroom with shower located off the family room.
The expansive patio has another dining table, lay-down beach chairs and a built-in grill. You can walk directly from the patio to the pool or beach. One of the master bedrooms has two private patios not connected to the main patio.
Note: Each sofa bed is 60"x72" in diameter. This is a little small for an adult but great for younger children.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and even shop for groceries! Extra charge for shopping and groceries.
