 Marvel at the stunning scenery of Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, and the incredible views of the famous Land's End rock formation and Sea of Cortez. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort. 
The elegant 2100+ sq. ft. private villa has all the comforts of home! The lovely features include a fully equipped contemporary kitchen which includes a breakfast bar area, a dining table, full size refrigerator, appliances such as coffee maker and microwave. A washer/dryer are just off the kitchen area. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa Estancia complex.
 The terrace is fully furnished including a grill and wet bar while enjoying a delicious meal or cocktail after a day in the sun.  
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.
There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room.
Other amenities of this beautiful villa include flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.
