Getting Around:

Although Pedregal is located only a few steps away from downtown Cabo San Lucas, it is a large hillside community with cobblestone streets and scenic elevation changes.

Guests should note that walking routes include uphill sections on the return trip.

Small children should be supervised by adults at all times. Adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include, but are not limited to: Pool & jacuzzi with no gates.

* Parties allowed. Please keep music at a reasonable volume and respect quiet hours.

* The Maximum Capacity of this house is 8 people.

* No smoking, a $300 USD fine will apply.

* All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers

* A refundable deposit might be requested for monthly rentals. Please inquire.



Pedregal Community Rules:



To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests, Pedregal maintains strict community regulations:

* Please observe quiet times from 9 pm to 8 am.

* Pedregal has very strict noise bylaws. Excessive outdoor noise, including yelling, screaming, or the use of loud music, is prohibited at all times

* Outdoor music must be controlled to avoid disturbing the neighborhood

* All guests must be registered

* Any non-registered guest /visitor requires Property Management authorization and security registration

* Usage of drones and public nudity is prohibited.

* Pedregal security personnel strictly enforce these rules. Disrespecting security personnel is unacceptable.

VIOLATING THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN FINES OF $1,000 - $5,000USD



To maintain security and quality standards, outside vendors are not permitted within the property. Our concierge team can arrange trusted local providers for any services you may need.



As the villa is located within a private residential community, guests will be required to provide identification and acknowledge Pedregal's community guidelines prior to arrival.
