This condo has been completely renovated from front to back, with no expense spared. From the spacious kitchen to the beautifully appointed bathrooms and comfortable living areas, every detail was designed to provide guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The large, open kitchen features a generous island, granite countertops, and high-end appliances—perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a casual breakfast before heading out to explore Cabo.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and an oversized walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers two double beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. It is conveniently located next to the second bathroom, which also features dual sinks and an oversized shower.

Relax & Enjoy the View
The comfortable living area features a large-screen TV with Internet TV and numerous channels, along with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Step outside onto the large private deck overlooking the main pool, palapa bar, and restaurant. With plenty of room to relax, it's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Depending on the season, you may even have the opportunity to watch whales breaching and cruise ships passing by.

One of Cabo's Best Locations
Terrasol is ideally located for enjoying everything Cabo San Lucas has to offer. The marina is approximately a 5-minute walk away, making it an easy starting point for an evening out.
You'll find some of Cabo's best restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment within an easy 10-minute walk, while the downtown area is approximately a 15-minute walk away.

The friendly and helpful Terrasol staff are always available to assist with questions and help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

NON-SMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the outside deck.

Terrasol Guest Fees
All renters are subject to a nightly guest fee and cleaning fee, paid directly to Terrasol:
1–2 guests: $19.50 per night
3–4 guests: $24.50 per night
5–6 guests: $29.50 per night
Cleaning fee: $35.00
These fees cover all registered guests.

Weather & Travel Insurance
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues resulting from acts of nature. During hurricane/storm season (July through October), guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for trip delays or cancellations.
Renovation/Construction Notice
From May through October, occasional renovation or maintenance projects may take place throughout the Terrasol property, as this is the slower season and construction is permitted. Guests may experience some construction-related noise between approximately 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
