• Parking must be in the Unit Number's Parking spot #2205 (Do not block the neighbor´s sparking spots)*

•⁠ ⁠No glass containers allowed in pool and common areas and don’t have loud music in the common areas.



•⁠ ⁠Garbage must be thrown in the garbage shut, littering from the balcony or leaving garbage in common areas is not permitted.



•⁠ ⁠Children under 10 years old must are not permitted without adult supervision in the pool area or clubhouse.



•⁠ ⁠Use of drones is strictly prohibited
