The neighbours need to be respected. We have an agreement that the maximum people allowed in the condo or on Porta Nova premises is EIGHT. Do not exceed that number at anytime.

•The amount of people on your booking needs to match the amount of people sleeping at the condo. Let us know if there are any changes! We pay per person per night for water to the building so extra charges will apply for groups 6 and over.
• No loud music after 11pm.
•Please read ALL of the pool rules. No swimming in the pool past 9PM and no glass bottles near the pool!
• Cabo is a desert and we share a cistern! Please be sensitive to water usage!
•Please only smoke on the private terrace. Ensure cigarettes go into the ash tray.
-Please stay off the building roof!

The space:


One king sofa bed, three queen beds, two matrimonial beds, and two individual beds are available. The condo is walking distance to restaurants.

Great for exercise: There are 51 stairs to ascend in order to reach the penthouse.

The common area pool has a toddler section within it.

The private terrace is over looking Casa Hogar and has a view of the Pacific ocean. Bring your binoculars and you may see a whale.

Two adjustable height desks and high speed internet. Great for digital nomads.
