Casa Contessa is a single-level, custom-built villa just 100 yards from the ocean, located in the prestigious Residencies section of Punta Ballena, home to the iconic Esperanza Resort. All five bedrooms are full-sized, purpose-built suites — no makeshift office conversions or shared bathrooms.

On a side note, we encourage all prospective guests to request the specific location and floor plan details of homes. Unfortunately there are properties that have misrepresented their proximity to the beach, and have displayed their homes as beachfront, while still others have put their homes in the private and beautiful gates of Puenta Ballena when they are miles away from our community. Casa Contessa is on row 3 from the ocean and is just a short walk to putting your feet in the fabulous Sea of Cortez.

**Peace of Mind, Built In**

For added security, Casa Contessa is equipped with four exterior Ring cameras and one indoor entry-facing camera (which can be unplugged and turned toward the wall at your discretion). Our gated neighborhood is also monitored by 21 community security cameras operating 24/7.

Need more space? We also own an Esperanza 2 bedroom/2,400sqft condominium Christmas Week (Esperanza1701) and one float week. We can also make arrangements for additional villas are available in our neighborhood — perfect for weddings, reunions, or corporate retreats.
