Cozy 1-bedroom condo in awesome Cabo San Lucas with AC and gym

Welcome to this charming condo in Cabo San Lucas. Guests will find one cozy bedroom and two bathrooms, each featuring a shower and one has a bathtub for added comfort. The primary bathroom has recently been upgraded and is spacious and airy. The living room includes a sleepable sectional (or queen blow up), perfect for extra guests or relaxing evenings. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or preparing a meal in the well-appointed kitchen, this tranquil retreat offers a superb blend of comfort and convenience. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

This spacious unit is brightly painted, supplied with abundant linens, and can sleep up to 4 people. We don’t recommend four adults, but perhaps 2 adults and 2 children. The bedroom has a Sealy posturepedic California King size bed, and there is an inflatable twin and queen size mattress in the pantry. New kitchen in 2024, and new primary bathroom in 2026.

Terrasol is one of the few serene and private locations in Cabo, yet is a mere 5 minute walk to the center of town. Morning coffee is a treat as you sit on the chairs on the back deck overlooking the Pacific. The evening view of the Harbour and city lights is spectacular. Terrasol is located at the farthest tip of the Baja. It is nestled between 2 resorts, but the beach is extremely private and no one but owners and guests may use our facilities. There are no vendors..

Different seasons offer different activities and climates in Cabo. The weather is magnificent in October, when the 'season begins.' Days are very warm and nights are cool. November offers the fishing tournaments again with very warm days and cool nights. Christmas is a wonderful time in Cabo with lights, decorations, and even fireworks. Take a jacket, it gets a little brisk at night. From January to May the weather is spectacular. You can sunbathe during the day and be extremely comfortable at night. Air conditioning is not necessary until the heat of the summer.

Parking is available on-site (at the rate of $5 per day), or taxis await you at the gate. Security and privacy are outstanding; the staff are more than helpful.

Daily maid service is available, upon request and payment. Please be aware that aside from my charges, and vrbo charges, Terrasol (our resort) charges a nightly fee.

Anything more would not apply to this condo. It is not payable during booking, but upon arrival directly to the office.
