1. Excessive outdoor noise including screaming and the use of loud music is always prohibited.
2. Please observe quiet time from 10pm to 7am.
3. Parties and events must be pre-approved and may be subject to event fees.
4. Consumption of alcoholic beverages in public areas is prohibited.
5. Public nudity is prohibited.
6. Usage of drones must be pre-approved by the HOA Office.
7. Pedregal security personnel strictly enforce these rules. Disrespecting security personnel is unacceptable and can generate fines.

VIOLATING THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN FINES FROM $1,000 USD UP TO DISCRETION OF THE BOARD

Violations of these rules can result in arrest and/or eviction from the rental property.

NOTE: While the Pedregal beach is a beautiful beach, be aware that there is DANGEROUS under tow, riptides and very strong waves including strong rogue waves.
