This 2769 sq. ft. ocean view villa in Cabo San Lucas is perfect for families. It sits on the famous Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo. This unit 3303, is 3-bedroom. The 2-bedroom section of the unit includes a full kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms, laundry, and a large patio with barbeque and wet bar. The second bedroom has two queen beds, full bath, and patio access. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The third bedroom has its own entrance, king bed, full bath, and patio. Particularly amazing is the over-sized balcony with views of the pool and ocean.

This oasis offers a two-tiered pristine pool and swim up bar, jetted hot tubs, beach access just a few steps away, a fitness center, spa, and pickle ball and tennis courts. Dining options include the La Parilla poolside bar and restaurant, as well as La Casona a five-star restaurant. Guests may also enjoy bars and restaurants at the sister properties, Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco and either charge services back to their unit at Villa La Estancia or take advantage of their All-Inclusive Meal Plan. Unlike with many stays, this property provides housekeeping every other day with no cleaning fee required, personal concierge, and room service. In addition, there is a deli and market located on property. Just when you think it couldn’t get any better, the resort is a short walk to downtown and the marina.

Also please note that September is maintenance/construction month. While you may not be affected by this, please be aware that there may be the potential for loud noise, stemming from construction during your stay. This is unfortunately out of our control, and we will not be able to refund any construction related issues during the month of September.
