The Space:

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests in Combate, just a 10-minute drive from Pole Ojea beach and the southwest coast's best bays. The private pool and fully fenced backyard make it the rare find for families traveling with pets who want space to spread out and truly relax.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Four bedrooms give everyone their own space after a day at the beach. Two queen bedrooms share a hallway bathroom upstairs, while a third bedroom with double bunk beds is great for kids. The ground-floor queen bedroom has its own entrance and ensuite bathroom—ideal for guests who prefer main-level access. A fourth full bathroom is located outside near the pool area, so no one tracks sand or chlorine through the house.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The upstairs living area has air conditioning, a TV with cable, and an open layout that flows into the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook—stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, air fryer, and all the basics. Gather around the indoor dining table for breakfast, or take your meals outside to the covered patio.



Outdoor Amenities

The backyard is where you'll spend most of your time. The private pool is serviced weekly and surrounded by lounge chairs and plenty of patio seating. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and let the kids (and dogs) run freely inside the gated property. The whole space is designed for easy, laid-back days under the sun.



Good To Know

Free parking on-site fits multiple vehicles. WiFi is available throughout the property, though it can be spotty during high winds—common across the island. The washer and dryer are in-unit, so pack light. A travel crib and high chair are available on request. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. The property is in a quiet residential area with minimal traffic and limited nearby stores, so plan to stock up on groceries before arrival. The access road can be rough with potholes—drive slowly if you're in a sedan. Cleaning service is available for an extra charge if you'd like it arranged during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

The property is located on the southwest part of the island, in a residential area, near the town of Combate, about a 10-minute drive away. In less than a 20-minute drive, you’ll find lots to do, like visit the National Wildlife Refuge and 3 different bays of the coast! There are diverse beaches, food of all kinds, and activities to keep you busy!



Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

The property has private parking, there are no parking meters, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

Please note that the pool is serviced every Friday.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.

- High chair is available upon request.



Bedroom 4 will only be available if the number of guests listed on the reservation is more than 8.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week! Should you need anything - just send us a message!
