The Space:

Welcome to your tropical getaway! Nestled on the 4th floor of the Nautica del Mar building, this beachy condo is your ticket to paradise at El Combate Beach. Located on the cozy southwestern coast of the island, in Cabo Rojo, you'll find yourself in a haven of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle.

Here, it's all about the beach vibes and reconnecting with nature. Nearby you can satisfy your cravings at the local eateries and bars, serving up fresh seafood and tantalizing tropical drinks with a side of stunning views. And if you're craving a bit more action, no worries! Cabo Rojo is just a breezy 20-minute drive away, ready to fulfill all your adventure needs.



Though you’ll be only steps from the beach, your stay offers a wonderful pool with a water slide and awesome ocean views, perfect for watching a colorful sunset. There’s also a playground where the little ones can have some fun.



Convenience on vacation is everything! That’s why we’ve provided you with all the most important things you need in the kitchen to prepare meals, plus a washer and dryer! There’s a coffee maker for your morning kick-start and a blender for afternoon mixers. The dining table comfortably seats 4 for a sit-down meal.



After a fun day, when you’re ready to relax, the sitting room offers a comfy sofa facing a Smart TV that can connect to your own streaming accounts. If you’d like to spend downtime in the fresh ocean breeze with a 180° view of the Combate Beach, step outside onto your balcony with cushioned seating.



When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate 7 guests as such:

Bedroom 1: King bed & ensuite full bath

Bedroom 2: 2 Double beds (bunk bed) + 1 pull-out single bed

Common Area: Double sofa bed

The Neighborhood:

The condo is located at El Combate Beach, the most well-known beach in the area. While amenities are limited, there are a few local eateries and bars where visitors can enjoy fresh seafood and tropical drinks while taking in breathtaking views.El Combate Beach is also close to other attractions in Cabo Rojo, about a 20-minute drive away. Additionally, if you want to explore the downtown area of Cabo Rojo, the main town square is just a 20-minute drive from the beach.



Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

Guests have 2 free parking spots on site in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week! Should you need anything - just send us a message!
