Fabulous Kitchen, Loved Boating from the Back Yard
We spent two nights here--and found ourselves in the region because my daughter had studied the "pink sand" of the salt flats in school. That part of our trip was disappointing, but a highlight was using Nino's kayaks to paddle to the island about ten minutes from the pier. Wish we had brought the snorkeling equipment he has available there--we could tell it would have been great. Kitchen is fully equipped and then some! Nino was easy to communicate with.

Great ocean front property!
House is right on the ocean with kayaks and other equipment to enjoy the water. The kitchen was fully stocked and had chef quality appliances. Great place to escape and just relax. We would highly recommend.

Maravilloso!
Amazing vacation, perfect location. We enjoyed Nino’s beach house to the max. Lucas & Nino are very welcoming & always available. The home is equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this home for vacationing.

Paradise
This stay could not have been more perfect. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Incredible kitchen, comfortable beds and great outdoor area. Best of all. Walk out the gate to be plunked right in the Caribbean Sea. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Joyuda.

Nino’s Beach House
Our group had a wonderful time at the beach house! We loved kayaking, paddle boarding, and jumping off the dock. The house is well stocked with anything you may need for cooking, and there are a variety of local restaurants within walking distance. We will be back!

Beautiful sunsets.
We couldn’t wait to wake up in the morning and sit on the dock w our coffee, grab our snorkel masks and jump in the water, or grab a kayak and paddle the calm water. Plenty of space to lounge alone, or with our family. An hours drive either direction to Isabella, Rincon, Cabo Rojo, bio bay, and/or Ponce. We saw fish off the dock and an octopus. The snorkeling out about 50 yards from the dock was very good. Amenities in the home met all our needs as well We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for a cool rental. Nino, the host was very responsive whenever we reached out, beforehand or during our stay. Date of arrival - May 14, 2023

Definitely a hidden gem in west Peurto Rico
We had an amazing stay at this beachfront property! The house was very comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views. Nino was incredibly kind and friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. He provided us with all sorts of activities to enjoy, including life vests, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing gear, and kids toys. We especially loved spending time on the private pier, swimming in the crystal-clear water, and exploring the nearby island. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Joyuda. We can't wait to come back!

Great location. Water was excellent and in a calm location as far as waves. House had everything you could need. Outside space was large with plenty of covered area so you could get out of the sun. Great location and Host
Property as described, although wasn't clear the 3rd bathroom was an out building. The house, etc were clean, plenty of linens and bedding, and EXCELLENT responsiveness from Nino. Any questions were promptly responded to. Loved the location on the ocean, close to restaurants and bars, and accessible to the west coast to explore. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home in the seafood capital of Puerto Rico
The home is beautiful and right on the ocean. We had paddle boards, Kayaks & snorkeling equipment at our fingertips and the home is very centrally located. Rincon, Mayaguez & Cabo Rojo are all within easy driving distance. Lucas, the property manager, was a prince! He was extremely helpful whenever we had questions or needs.

Perfect 10 Day Stay!
We loved staying at Nino's property. He provides everything you need for a great vacation. We absolutely love the paddle boards and kayaks and sunning on the pier. The outdoor bathroom/shower comes in so handy and the outdoor grill is a plus. Tons of restaurants in the area. Water was swimmable almost everyday and loved having the property manager close for any issues that may arise, which we didn't have. Gracias Nino y Lucas!!

Paradise off the 102!
Our family had a great time staying here. Our arrival and access to the property was simple - once in the property, our family basically left the bags in the car so that we could step out on the dock and take in the beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. We started each morning on the water by taking full advantage of the available paddle boards and kayaks. We also had enough room for the 6 adults staying here; although we didn’t spend a whole lot of time indoors. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from in the local community. We were welcomed upon our arrival and checked on periodically to see if we needed anything. Everything from the moment we arrived was excellent! We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic Pandemic Escape
My family and I stayed here for almost 3 months and loved it! Our kids loved the little beach right there and spent countless hours finding new marine animals off the dock. Everything inside the house is great and when minor issues came up, the owner resolved them immediately. The patio is the real attraction though and you can use the kayaks and paddle boards to see the local reefs or go to Isla Ratones close by. We were a little sad to leave but look forward to coming back soon!

Excellent Stay!
My family and I stayed here for 9 days and loved every minute of it. Very safe and clean. We loved the paddle boards, kayak and snorkeling equipment. We used them all daily and loved having our own private dock. We were able to get in and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean water. All rooms have great air conditioners and showers had Hot water!! Have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place and owner was very friendly and responsive. Gracias Nino!

This property was amazing, it feels like you are in Tahiti, clear waters, pier on water and the house with a/c makes it super comfortable after a hot day at the ocean! Kayaks and paddle boards are definitely a cherry on the top!

Great Vacation
Excellent location , on the beach . Very close to Mayaguez, Cabo Rojo, and the Mayaguez Mall. Very relaxing atmosphere , very close to a supermarket and cafeteria . Lots of restaurants to choose , even some at walking distance . Lucas, the property manager was very helpful and amiable. In addition, Nino, the owner , was always a phone/ text away to help in any needs and respond to any questions you might have.

Paradise
I have rented several houses in the past and this one tops the list easily. If you want to experience the Caribbean experience (meaning beautiful beaches with a snorkel and fishes around you) this is the house for you. The pristine beach is not steps away, it is literally in front of the house; you can swim with small and large fishes (we spotted a ray and a dolphin!), it is very private and the owner left kayaks (many kinds), snorkel equipment and others so you can have all the fun you want. Nino also responded all our questions quickly and allowed us to check-in earlier and late checkout. Impressive. Will come back!!

Quiet getaway
Given the current state of affairs, this property was a perfect getaway. We enjoyed the private beach front which provided much needed relaxation. The outdoor area was perfect for my family. I hope to return one day.

Precioso lugar
El senor Nino muy responsable para con nosotros en todos momentos. Pero para mi que me gusta caminar una orilla de playa larga en las mananas, aqui no pude hacer eso, por como es la playa en esa localization, y el trafico en la calle es para preocuparse a la hora de salir o entrar a la propiedad. Pero teniendo en cuenta que es una playa publica, y cuidandonos mucho con el trafico pasamos unos dias en familia agradable. Gracias senor Nino.

Snorkling Paradise
Everything about the house and amenities were perfect. The water was very clear and the snorkeling Devine. We were so pleased that the rental also included masks, life jackets, and kayaks. We even snorkled to the small island in the distance. The house was great and the beds very comfortable. We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a memorable vacation.

The Best Experience Ever!!!!!
This stay was Amazing!!! It has everything you could need and more .... Had so much fun!!!! The owner was so polite, and helpful. Already planning to stay there next year!! Just loved it. Oh there's a supermarket near by, a small island you could kayak and loved to snorkel (there's 4 mask in the place to use)

Beautiful location, fantastic house, extremely nice and available owner/host
We spent four wonderful days at this lovely home with our 2 children (under 10 yrs). The home itself was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The paddle boards and kayaks were easily accessible and in perfect shape. The owner and the manager were extremely accessible and provided tons of helpful information and guidance. There is a fully stocked supermarket very close by, and there are several restaurants around also. The area definitely feels more local than touristy.
