The Space:

This colorful, 1st-floor condo is in the El Velero building conveniently close to Boqueron Village (El Poblado de Boquerón) , a hotspot in Cabo Rojo's southwest. You'll find everything you need nearby: groceries, pharmacies, shops, and bakeries. Plus, there's the famous Pika Pika Restaurant right across the street, along with an Italian pizzeria and other tasty food spots. Beach lovers, rejoice! You're just a short drive away from some fantastic beaches and attractions like The Lighthouse of Cabo Rojo and Playuela (15 minutes), Playa Los Pozos (11 minutes), and Playa Buyé (7 minutes). So, get ready to soak up the sun and enjoy the best of Cabo Rojo's laid-back vibes!



The apartment is on the first floor with no stairs inside. However, guests must take three steps to access the balcony and an additional step to enter the apartment. Once inside, the entire space is on a single level without stairs.



Step inside to an open floor plan that includes the sitting room, dining area, and kitchen. After a fun day, when you’re ready to relax, the sitting room offers comfortable seating and a TV with Dish Network.



Convenience on vacation is everything! That’s why we’ve provided you with all the most important things you need in the kitchen for preparing meals. Plus, there’s a coffee maker for your morning kick-start and a blender for afternoon mixers. The dining table can comfortably seat six people for a sit-down meal inside.



When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as such:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed & ensuite full bath

Bedroom 2: 4 Single beds (2 sets of bunk beds) & ensuite full bath

Common Area: Single sofa bed



Please note that air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms. The kitchen, living room, and dining room do not have air conditioning.

The condo is located within walking distance of Boqueron Village (El Poblado de Boquerón , one of the main tourist attractions of the southwest part of the island in Cabo Rojo. Some amenities nearby are groceries, pharmacies, shopping centers, bakeries, the Famous Pika Pika Restaurant located across the street, along with an Italian pizzeria and many more food options. Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

Guests have 1 free parking spot on site in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests must climb stairs. Great for seniors with two small steps and no long stairs to climb.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- High chair is available upon request.

- Pets are allowed for a fee of $70 USD. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week! Should you need anything - just send us a message!
