"The staff are attentive, kind and helpful. The location is great - on a marvellous beach. The area has a plethora of good restaurants and yoga places. The hotel was clean. They were renovating the hotel when we were there, but we hardly noticed it. The electricity supply was not entirely stable, so be careful if you have important online meetings. It can be a bit noisy at night, but that's part of the atmosphere. I hope to get the chance to visit again. Warm recommendations from here. "

"They wait on me hand and foot in all aspects. Plenty of staff to always have you takem care of without any complaints or even a worry. All the food was great I cleaned my plate almost everytime and that is rare at a buffet because you are trying so many different things. Legit five stars."

O fogão elétrico é um pouco pequeno, mas para cozinhar comidas simples e para duas pessoas deu certo. O único ponto desagradável foi não ter conseguido utilizar a piscina, pois a água estava sempre suja nos 5 dias que ficamos lá. "

"Our stay at the Om Shanti Patnem was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers direct beach access, outside dining and drinks, with a diverse menu. Beach lounge chairs are available for all guests. The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The little shopping areas around the hotel were quaint and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance of Om Shanti. Taxi and Tuk Tuk stands are close by. "

"excellent spot for a few days in palolem. located at the south end it’s closer to the quieter beach area. it’s not seafront but about as close as it gets at this price point. homemade indian breakfast is a plus. siddesh (the manager) made sure that the stay was seamless and helped with airport transfers."

"The hotel was exactly as expected- lovely pool - nice rooms great location with a very short walk to a fabulous beach with a couple of bars - small supermarket nearby Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly that’s going on at the moment "

"Spotless, large, modern, and luminous - the Mistral is a great place to stay if you find yourself in this beautiful part of South Goa. Kathleen and her Dad run a great operation that's only a five minute walk from the beach and close to shops and the main village. Highly recommended! "
