Die Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder (davon zwei mit Duschen), Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit z.b. genügend Küchenutensilien, Spiele, Musikbox, Tischtennisplatte, Grillkohle, usw. "Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired. "Lovely property, perfect for a young family of four. Large pool.We had a small issue with the toilet but Paco sorted it very promptly.It would be nice if there were a few more basic items in the kitchen, no chopping board for example. It is frustrating when you have to buy basic things like salt & pepper and dishwaher/washing machine liquid knowing you are only going to use a handful of times. Anything non perishable we left for the next customers to benefit from.All in all a really nice place...

"This is a very beautiful property located just outside of the town of Alcudia. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town area. The views from the back deck are amazing. We stay just two nights from April 1-3. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly during our stay so the house itself is pretty cold if you are staying during the cooler months. "Das war kein Ferienhaus, sondern ein Ferien-Zuhause! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung, die Kunst an den Wänden, alles liebevoll gestaltet. Einzig der Kunstrasen im Garten passte nicht zum anderen. Von der großen Dachterrasse war der Blick noch besser als vom Garten aus. Das Meer, die Berge. Total entspannend. Wir waren im Dezember hier. Die Heizung funktionierte und zwei Kamine sorgten für zusätzliche Behaglichkeit. Es gab Entfeuchter. Also kein Ferienhaus, das im Winter feucht...

"Very happy with the Villa it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay .Location is excellent for the beach which is very nice and the nearby shops .. there are some very lovely restaurants within walking distance - car is not needed Communication from Hollidu was great once the holiday came around but not so good prior when we asked for some help with transfers etc - we used gettransfer.com who were absolutely fantastic both journeys .. would we stay here again - absolutely "

"The property was exactly as listed and we were very pleased. Our only criticism would be that they need newer and larger towels! And maybe a couple more blankets given the time of year. The parking worked well given that it's impossible to park outside, but we could drop luggage off and the car park was only a 2 minute walk away.
