"Lovely spacious property ( they can bit a bit small in Spain) great location, very central. Can be a bit noisy due to other guests checking out in the early hours of the morning. Otherwise everything was great, some of the property facilities are getting a bit worn/dated but everything worked ok for us. I was glad I added the welcome pack as we arrived so late due to flights delayed ( charge was nominal compared to the value of having supplies due to late arrival) . The only concern was it was...

"We loved the apartment. Communication from the owner was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed for a young family. The pool area is great for young kids with the different tiers. Location was perfect for us as we like to do a bit of walking, it was around 10 to 15 min walk to the main square/port. Will definitely be back.Jonny"

"Fantastic well equipped and clean property with a stunning roof terrace. The place had everything you would need for your holiday and my only personal downside is I had to leave at the end of my holiday. I would say people with some walking difficulties would struggle to get on the roof but that was not a concern for me or my family. "

The apartment is comfortable modernised typical Mallorcan home,we enjoyed the living area particularly, with its view to the main square where there is a small market on Tuesdays. There is a supermarket with a butcher on the ground floor, banks, bars, bakery, all near."

You can walk to Alcudia “Old Town” in less than 30 mins.The furniture was clean and comfortable, including the chairs on the balcony which often let properties down.
