"The place is very convenient , tube, buses and coaches are easily accessed, only a minute away. Shops and cafe are just downstairs, The room is clean and tidy. However, the double bed is horrible, very very soft , we both got back pain after the first night and I whenever he moves , it wake me up. On the last night , we were both sleeping on the floor instead. "

"Our stay at this hotel was great. The receptionist on the day we arrived was very helpful and kind, she let us check in early, which we thought was perfect after almost 20 hours of traveling. The room was comfortable and clean. There were supermarkets, bakeries and several restaurants close to the hotel. The train station was just a 10-minute walk away and it was very easy to get around the city."

"The room was not good. The smell of cleaning products and bleach was totally overpowering. The side of the wardrobe was peeling off. The blind was closed because the window looks out onto a wall and air conditioning unit. There were things left in the corridor that could have been hazards like a Henry hoover right outside our room. There was no parking available however I was clear that it is first come first served. "Really pleasant experience. Staff are so friendly. Free drink on check in. Discounted lunch as staying. The lunch was beautiful, best burgers we've eaten. We were in room 6 right at the top of 2 small flights of stairs. Very comfortable, not noisy. Within a short easy walk to the O2 forum and Kentish Town tube station. Would definitely stay here again."
