The dock & clean up needed is not on my property…. It is on the parcel next to mine. And of course the Windows along the river have bugs on them… there are tons of bugs along the river attracted to the lights in the house. I clean them best I can but its a two story house facing the river and you can’t get to the outside of the windows without scaffolding. As for landscaping to add curb appeal? That all costs money, would add extra expense and I would have to increase my rent. I have owned the house just over a year and totally re-modeled the inside. There is only so much you can do at a time.
