"we had such a peaceful weekend getaway here! the river views were absolutely stunning — seriously one of the best parts of the stay. the house itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with everything we needed to relax. communication with the owner was super fast and smooth, which made the whole experience stress-free.the only heads up is that since it’s right by the river, there were quite a few mayflies around in the evenings — but that’s just nature being nature! we stayed inside after...

"Although we had a few issues with the VRBO site not clearly representing the homeowners wishes, overall our stay was amazing! This house was perfect for us we had seven adults and four children with plenty of room to spare. It was set up for families like ours not too fancy I didn't have to worry about the grandkids breaking anything although I did take out the insurance just in case. The grandkids loved the ability to throw the basketball in the backyard have a bonfire and just space to play....

The neighborhood felt very safe, which we appreciated since we had children with us. The home featured several high-end, smart appliances, which made things convenient.However, there were some issues. "Cerro Vista is the perfect place to host a multi-generational family gathering! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and had our 3 adult children and their families (total of 13) stay with us here for a week. Our objective was to spend time together without having to go anywhere to entertain the 5 grandchildren (ages 6mo - 8). This was definitely the right place.There was enough space that we could have multiple small gatherings going on at the same time ... billiards, ping pong, card game,...

"The home is stunning and well suited for multiple couples/families. We gathered in Rockford for a funeral and had cousins and family from out of state. We had a meaningful time and the home is absolutely beautiful and well suited for gathering of people to talk and play games. And have breakfast coffee together.
