"Relaxing atmosphere. Aesthetically pleasing. Our 2 dogs loved it! It was like staying at a friends house and the host, Bill, is like that friend! Bill was thorough with the check-in/check-out processes information. Very welcoming! We will definitely return! Rockford area was our home for over 30 years. It was so nice to be able to return with such a pleasant place to stay. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Sedona house in Rockford! The home was beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything we needed was provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy linens, and the thoughtful touches made it feel extra special. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the location was convenient for getting around town. "We LOVED staying at this property while we were in town to see grandkids play soccer. Quiet neighborhood - felt safe and enjoyed hearing the birds in woods nearby. House is decorated with modern and costal themes - so cute. Couch is so comfy and great for stretching out on. The bed had nice linens, extra pillows. Tower fan available - great for those that prefer white noise when sleeping - like us. New room darkening curtains in living room and bedrooms. Washer and dryer so convenient for those...

"We had a wonderful weekend with our kids and my sister’s family and my dad. The kids loved the pool which was clean and well stocked with pool floaties. The teens and even the adults loved the arcade room and that kept them busy for hours. The kitchen was well-stocked with all that we needed to make meals for our group for the weekend. We also enjoyed that each bed had different firmness levels so we could choose our preferred softness. Quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants and grocery...

"Beautiful property!! My 6 year old dubbed this the Modern Mansion and made me promise to come back! Literally you don't even need to leave the property everything is there. "

"Great location. Plenty of parking. Right on the Rock River. Very clean. Lots of outside seating on the decks. Lots of towels, though we couldn’t find them at first. They were in the dining room credenza. The house is pretty well stocked with supplies. The host is very friendly and responsive. Would stay there again."
