Overpriced – poor value for moneyIn a nutshell, this property is significantly overpriced and we would suggest looking elsewhere for better value.Communication was poor. After booking, it took almost two weeks for the host to respond to our queries. We eventually contacted Stayz to try to cancel the booking, and only received a response from host three days before our arrival.On the day of arrival, the host advised us they had two dogs. While we are dog owners and were fine with this, it should have been disclosed earlier. The dogs could be heard barking, and the host lived immediately next to us with only a shared door separating the spaces.Facilities did not match the price:No proper coffee facilities were provided. When we asked, we were given a jar of instant coffee.No kitchen facilities.The fridge froze our food, ruining anything we stored.Air conditioning in one room did not work for the first two nights; even on the coldest setting it barely cooled.Wi-Fi was unusable inside the rooms and could only be accessed by going outside.One internal bathroom for four people. There were external bathrooms available, but they had no lighting, no weather cover, and were unusable after dark or in rain.Overall, the amenities, communication and comfort level did not justify the price charged. They are also selling the property so that may reflect the service we received.
