Brown marks on the walls, dirty marks on the bed sheet, hair on the towels, broken drawers, TV didn’t work, light fixtures with broken bulbs.. about all that worked was the shower and the toilet. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the people next door to us were definitely smoking in their non smoking room, but the staff didn’t do anything about it."

"Wasn't aware they were a "motorcycle inn" so was not expecting the motorcycles coming in and out, esp at night. I had asked for a back side room and was told none was available. The room itself was one of the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, that was a pleasant surprise."

"The biggest issue we faced was that their one elevator was out when we arrived. They did offer to refund the reservation as they could not get us a room lower than the third floor and we had huge suitcases. But it was late and we didn’t know is we could get in the one hotel that was close by. If it had not been for this we would have rated our stay much higher. My son splashed water on the bathroom floor, and when I wiped it up with a towel, the towel came away brown/gray and picked up pubic hair that clearly had not been cleaned.
