The large 40 m² private swimming pool is for your exclusive use during your stay in this beautiful villa. From the terrace on the upper floor, you can enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Villa Livia has a lovely garden surrounding the property. Here you can relax in the sun on comfortable sun loungers. This villa offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the 21st century, whilst still serving as an ideal base from which to explore all the delights Istria has to offer. Groups of young people are not permitted.
