Amazing home in Buzet

This beautiful 2-bedroom villa is the perfect family accommodation. The villa offers above all peace and relaxation, but is also located in an area that is ideal for hiking, various sports activities and exploring authentic Istrian towns and villages. Villa Anelia has a 1500 m² well-kept garden with its own private pool, a small children's playground paradise and a terrace with dining area and charcoal barbecue. The private pool provides refreshment on warm summer days after jogging or cycling through the village or simply lazing in the garden surrounded by nature. The villa has a total of 2 kitchens and is divided into two parts - ground floor and upper floor. The ground floor is the part of the house with a rustic touch. It used to be a traditional tavern and now it is a spacious room with an equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a dining area and a double bed. A sofa bed for one person is available in this room as well as in the living room upstairs. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom upstairs.

Villa Anelia is located in the small village of Kompanj, in central Istria, not far from the foot of Mount Uka. Nature lovers and hikers will appreciate the proximity of this nature reserve and its beauties. A marvellous panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay awaits you on Uka. The beaches of Opatija, Lovran and the surrounding area are only about 35 km away from the villa. The nearest shop and restaurant are located in Ro, a small village also known as an important centre of Croatian Glagolitic culture in the Middle Ages. Buzet, about 10 km from the villa, is one of the typical Istrian picturesque hilltop towns and is famous for truffles and the local schnapps "biska". Paragliding and handgliding are available in this area for those who want to discover the surroundings from a different perspective. Hum, the smallest town in the world, is also close to the villa and is a great idea for an excursion.
