Cozy apartment in Buzet

Ninna is a nice holiday apartment in the small village of Drobezija in inland Istria between Buzet and Motovun. It is surrounded by unspoilt nature with a beautiful view of Lake Butoniga. The holiday apartment Ninna is located in a terraced house that was built in 1890 and completely renovated in 2017. There are only a few houses in the village, of which only 3 are inhabited or for rent. Guests have access to a plot with a partly covered terrace with dining table and barbecue and 2 parking spaces.



Holiday apartment for 4 people of 54 sqm on the high ground floor consists of living room with dining table, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, small pantry, shower/WC accessible through the veranda at the entrance to the holiday apartment. On the top floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed. Please note that this accommodation may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
