"Rooms are comfy and well presented Beds are very comfortable Food is excellent and staff very friendly So much choice for breakfast Very worth a stay"

"Top hotel we have been to 5 start service on a daily basis. The spa was great and all the staff were helpful for all our needs. Would highly recommend and will be returning very soon"

"Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

"Clean and tidy little hotel within very close walking distance to downtown Norwich. No frills or amenities, but worth the money. I would stay there again."

"Excelente custo benefício. Esse hotel é localizado em um "retail park" próximo a um supermercado ASDA com posto de combustíveis e apresenta estacionamento gratuito. Os funcionários são cordiais e o quarto muito claro e confortável. Café da manhã simples porém saboroso ao estilo Holiday inn express. O restaurante funciona das 18:30 às 21:30 e apresenta diversos pratos rápidos a um preço acessível."

"Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast, we had a great choice of breakfasts, the full English was a bit too big for me, I couldn't finish it, I should have gone for the small English. Plenty of parking. I would recommend booking a table for dinner as soon as possible, this venue is very popular with the locals. We would definitely stay at the Recruiting Sergeant again."

"Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect"

"Great overnight stay for my sons birthday, we ordered take out & used the pool for hours"

"Very comfortable rooms, abundant free parking, nice toiletries and lovely staff. Location was also very convenient for visiting my family in Norwich's Golden Triangle. The only small disappointment was that we weren't able to book in for breakfast on the Sunday due to the volume of guests and short staffing of the dining area, which meant we had to go out for breakfast. "Stylish, luxurious, discrete, and an absolute joy to stay in! loved The Dial House."

"Nice place. Friendly staff !!"

"Clean room, I did pay for a parking permit as no space in the car park which cost £5. Good breakfast."

"Excelente local. Muito confortável. Bem decorado. Instalações perfeitas. Único problema são as baladas ao redor do hotel...muito barulho até as duas da manhã. No mais...muito bem localizado e ótima relação custo x benefício."

"Standard room. Nothing special"
