Easy paved access all of the way to the home with paved driveway. Wrap around decks on each level to enjoy cool summer breezes and sounds of the river below. Inside the cabin are soaring ceilings with the wall of windows that overlook the river and provide amazing Mountain Views. Totally open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living area accentuated by a stone fireplace on the main level. Main level also has a half bath. Two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Game room with pool table, additional living area with fireplace on lower level. Master suite which includes a king sized bed, steam shower and jetted tub, also on lower level. Laundry room on lower level with washer, two dryers and an additional refrigerator. Each bedroom and living space has a TV with Dish Satellite TV. 12 minute drive from Watauga Lake that has boat launches, swimming, fishing boat rentals available. Watauga Lake is known as the 3rd cleanest lake in the country. Summer sports in the area include: boating, fly fishing on the Elk River that is on the cabin property, swimming, fishing, kayaking.
Winter Sports include ski slopes, 3 within an hour’s drive of the cabin, snow tubing, ice skating. Bristol NASCAR is about 40 minutes away along with the newly opened Bristol Casino Hard Rock Casino & Hotel. Wineries, quaint cities for unique shopping experience and activities.
