**Welcome**
The moment you arrive, you’re already on vacation. The parking space is right next to the house. Unload your luggage, open the door, and make yourself at home. The location near the fishing harbor makes your arrival relaxed and hassle-free.

**Living & Relaxing**
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace. There’s plenty of firewood provided to get you started during your stay. The large U-shaped kitchen offers plenty of counter space and a cozy corner bench for shared meals. Amenities include a fully automatic coffee maker, food processor, waffle iron, and microwave. Here, you can cook for several people in a relaxed atmosphere.

**Sunroom & Garden**
A special highlight is the light-filled sunroom. Here, you can sit sheltered and enjoy the view of the garden, whether it’s sunny, windy, or rainy. The sunroom provides extra space for reading, playing, or having long conversations in the evening. Adjacent to it is the beautiful garden. Here, children have plenty of room to run around, and you can enjoy peaceful moments outdoors. In the summer, lounge chairs and a grill are available in the garden.

**Sleeping**
On the upper floor are three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds measuring 180 x 200 cm. Storage space for clothing is provided. Each room is equipped with a smart TV.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The large bathroom upstairs features a private sauna, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Here you can relax after a day on the dike or a mudflat hike. On the first floor, there is another bathroom with a walk-in shower.

**Family-Friendly**
The house is well-equipped for families. A travel crib and a high chair are provided. There’s a special children’s armchair for our youngest guests. Games, books, and a Wii provide entertainment no matter the weather. The large living area and the garden offer additional space for playing.

Bedding and towels are not included. You can add these and other optional services directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

Fedderwardersiel is located on the Butjadingen Peninsula on the German North Sea coast. The fishing harbor is within walking distance. Shrimp boats dock here regularly. The area is characterized by the dike, mudflats, and coastline. It’s ideal for walks, bike rides, and excursions along the North Sea.
