The MEERLIEBE detached cottage, with a spacious living area of 82 m² and a 450 m² enclosed lot, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay on the North Sea.
This detached cottage spans two floors and is specially designed to meet the needs of families—with three separate bedrooms, a high chair, a crib, and safety features such as a stair gate.
A second TV is available in the master bedroom.
Babies and toddlers are always welcome.

The bright living room with laminate flooring features both a cozy sofa area and modern entertainment electronics—including a satellite TV, a DVD player, and international TV channels. On cooler evenings, a wood-burning stove provides soothing warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The extensive amenities are complemented by practical details such as an armchair, books, and board games.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped: a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a separate freezer, coffee maker, blender, food processor, and numerous other kitchen utensils are available.

The dining area offers space for shared meals.

A modern bathroom with a shower (and tub), a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer rounds out the living comfort. You’ll also have access to your own washing machine and dryer for exclusive use, as well as an iron and ironing board, ensuring that even longer stays are comfortable.

The private, fenced-in garden is child-friendly and, with a garden shed, barbecue area, lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a covered, enclosed patio, offers a variety of options for outdoor relaxation.
Children’s toys are available for our younger guests, and a beach chair and windbreak ensure their comfort.
The property is also fenced in to ensure child safety.

The location in Butjadingen is both rural and close to the beach: the sea is about 400 meters away, and the nearest sandy beach (in the North Sea lagoon) is approximately 1,500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are about 600 meters away, and public transportation is accessible within 500 meters.

Free private parking is available right next to the house; traveling by car is recommended.

Sporty and active guests will find numerous opportunities in the surrounding area: cycling, fishing, boat trips, paragliding, Nordic walking, hiking, mini-golf, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, and various water sports provide plenty of variety. Tourist attractions, amusement parks, churches, and opportunities for birdwatching are also nearby.

The Nurdachhaus MEERLIEBE was last renovated in 2018 and features modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi starting at 25 Mbit/s, window screens, and up-to-date security systems. This is a non-smoking property equipped with electric heating.

Youth groups are not permitted in this house.
A minimum stay of one person is possible, making it ideal for couples or solo travelers.
