The holiday home with its three comfortably and lovingly furnished holiday apartments is ideally located directly on the dike in the North Sea resort of Tossens. The house has an approximately 1000 square meter well-kept garden, which even has a small playground for the little guests. The Frisian beach is in the immediate vicinity and the center of Tossens with restaurants and shops as well as the Center Parcs North Sea coast can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The "fishing hut" in the annex is almost 50 square meters. On the ground floor there is the cozy and lovingly designed living room, a kitchen with a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a washbasin, shower and washing machine, dryer and hairdryer, and a separate toilet. The three sleeping accommodations are on the upper floor.

The living room offers comfortable seating as well as a TV with satellite receiver and a stereo. In addition, there is the large wardrobe, which cannot be accommodated due to the sloping floors. A sliding door leads directly from the living room to the sunny terrace and the garden.

Through an open passage you reach the approximately 12 square meter kitchen with dining area. On fine days, the morning sun shines directly on the breakfast table.

The kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, waffle iron, toaster, sandwich toaster, electric can opener, blender and all necessary utensils from A like aluminum foil to Z like citrus press.

The bedroom is furnished with two beds and a bedside table with a lamp.

The opposite area of the pointed floor serves as a children's room. This area is open because, for reasons of space, no room door could be installed. There is a bed with a bedside table and lamp, a small television, a radio recorder with a CD player as well as some toys and a folding mattress.

If you are traveling with a baby / toddler, a travel cot is also available, which can also be set up if required.

Other baby / toddler equipment: high chair, folding changing table with changing mat, bath and buggy.

The apartment has a sunny terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers and associated cushions. There is also a parking space for each apartment.
