Ankerherz is a new semi-detached house at the end of the “Am Kutterhafen” settlement

Because the house is connected to our own property, Ankerherz has the great advantage that the path to the harbor is only a stone's throw away, meaning the harbor is only 50 meters away.
Ankerherz has been rented since April 2022.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, a kitchen and a large living and dining area with a fireplace. The bedroom on the ground floor has a large double bed, there is also a spacious walk-in shower room and a storage room with a washing machine.
The two bedrooms on the upper floor have a double bed and 2 single beds.
The bathroom up here has a walk-in shower, bathtub and a sauna.

There is a very spacious and cozy living and dining area.
You will find satellite TV in all bedrooms and in the living area. The house has a fiber optic connection and all televisions are connected to the Internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
