Rustic with swimming pool in the heart of Tuscany

Casale l'oliveta is a rustic 160sqm renovated with any comfort.
The farmhouse is divided into two floors: on the ground floor you will find a large, super-equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and relaxation area, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and pilozzo;
On the first floor you will find a double room with double bed, a triple room with double bed and a single bed and a large bathroom with shower.
The house outside has a large terrace with dining area and panoramic views, a 4500sqm garden / olive grove, private parking and a 8m x 4m private pool with a height of 120/150 cm.

SUMMER DESCRIPTION
 
 
“Casale l'oliveta”, is a 160 square meter cottage surrounded by 4,500 square meter olive groves; it offers a private swimming pool and a Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the house. The cottage consists of:
* a well-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, oven & microwave, a large table for eight people, flat screen TV, mosquito nets, access to garden and terrace with a table for six;
* a living room with a sofa and an armchair, a fireplace & another TV;
* a bathroom,
* a well organized and equipped laundry (washing machine & clothes dryer) and ironing room on the ground floor.
On the first floor instead there are:
* two bedrooms which can accommodate up to five people;
* a bathroom.
The lovely place is located only 1 km (less than 1 mile) from Buti where there are pubs, restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery stores, 25 km (about 15 miles) from Pisa and 20 km (about 12 miles) from Lucca. The nearest supermarket is only 5 km away. Other very interesting cities / towns to visit are: Volterra (50 km), S. Gimignano (60 km) and Florence that is 65 km away.
Motorway and train station are only 10 km away. The nearest airport is Pisa but Florence is also convenient, Bologna is 150 km away and Milan Linate 290 km.


The building is in a very quiet position from which you can enjoy a fantastic view both of the plain and the village.
The pool, (8 meters long and 4 meters large H120 / 150cm) as well is with a panoramic view. It is opened from 1 May to 28 September but can be opened at different times on request at the time of booking. The swimming pool area is equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and garden furniture so it is really nice to have meals outside thanks to a masonry barbeque and a oven.
Free parking both inside the automatic gate and outside.

In addition a rent-a-bike shop and a horse riding school are only 3 km (about two miles) away.
